Historically (herstorically actually), beer has been brewed with a LOT of different ingredients, generally obtained nearby. We brew in the shade of these giants that will be here long after we’re burned out. Our Carpe Diem Manana, infused with fresh ponderosa pine needles just prior to bottling for that Central Oregon terroir. 100% naturally carbonated with honey and 100% Oregon. Unfiltered, open-fermented & barrel-aged. Bottled 1.14.21 8.67%
