Our brewery MVP, Connor Currie, has made getting lilac flowers into our beer one of his pet projects. Aged beers selected to join the party are made with Mecca Grade Estate barley & aged Goschie Farms Cascade hops. Then, after a day of harvesting these early bloomers, aged the beer on lilac flowers from branches overhanging cracked sidewalks. Bottled 9.16.21 8.27% ABV
