Wild co-fermented with pinot noir grapes from Domaine Drouhin in the Willamette Valley. During open fermentation, the grapes rise to the top forming a cap that must be “punched down” to incorporate the fruit to ferment. After primary fermentation, the beer is separated from the grapes and barrel aged for over a year prior to bottling. 9.5%
