Gayle Goschie, along with her brothers Gordon & Glenn, run their family farm that has been a fixture in the Willamette Valley for 130 years. She supported our brewery from day 1, supplying hops in the smallest possible amounts but the highest possible quality. The beer gets its hops, barley, viognier grapes & honey from her farm. Due to the fires, we did not age the beer on the grape skins. Barley malted by Tiller malt and honeybees cared for by Pacific Honeybee. Bottled 8.13.21 7.44%
