Brewed in November of 2019, this spontaneous ale is made of lightly toasted Mecca Grade barley malt and raw wheat. We had some aronia berries left from our memorable collaboration with North Fork brewery and decided to put them in the barrel after primary fermentation concluded, then aged for an additional 1.5 years. Bottled with Oregon wildflower honey for natural carbonation in this bottle. The best celebrations are spontaneous! Bottled 6.4.21 7.62%
