Brewed with a variety of toasted malts from Mecca Grade Estate malt in Madras, this beer spontaneously fermented in fresh pinot barrels from Domain Drouhin & aged for 2 years prior to adding sweet Bali cherries from Odell Brothers Farm. 9 months later we bottled it up with Oregon wildflower honey for 100% natural carbonation.
