Brewed with toasted Mecca Grade malts in December of 2017 and inoculated in the coolship overnight. After barrel-fermentation and aging in fresh pinot casks, we transferred it to tawny port barrels on sour cherries in July of 2019 where it completed its time in our cellar. 3 years later, we bottled it up with Oregon wildflower honey and high-fives. Bottled 12.24.20 8.01%
